We offer unique, interactive classes in Winnipeg, at Sprouts Family Centre, 1735 Corydon. Call 589-8889 to register.

• 12 hour prenatal class, taught by a couple, $140 plus GST receive $20 gift card
• 9 hour condensed weekend class, $115 plus GST receive $15 gift card
• 4 hour refresher class for couples, $50
• Friends and Family joining a mom in labour and birth are welcome to attend Session #2 and #3 of

           Birthing with Confidence class for $30.

Doula Services $480, certified, experienced DONA doula.

Birth doula services are available in Spanish and English.
